I couldn't help but envision this with the actors from Mean Girls. It felt so much like the movie, that I couldn't help but imagine Regina George as Britney. Overall, I really liked this. It did, however, make me ecstatic that I'm not in high school anymore.

What really grabbed my attention with this was the Lipstick Lawbreakers. I really liked this. One, it gave April a way to salvage part of her pride. Two, she made some good friends. While they were out for revenge, they actually were able to connect with each other with stuff other than getting even.

There were some cringe worthy parts, I couldn't believe some of the stuff they came up with. I'm glad that April tried to rise above towards the end, even if it did come back to bite her afterwords. It would have been a deal breaker if she had really gone through with what she had planned.

The only part I didn't like in this book, was the way April treated Delvin. All the things that she was complaining about Britney with, she was doing to Delvin. I couldn't help but feel sorry for this guy, who just wants nothing more than to have April for a friend.
