This is probably one of the most emotional books I have ever read. I knew what I was getting into, when I read the book description, but I wasn't excepting an emotional masterpiece. But it was. I'm not going to lie, it was hard to read, emotionally speaking. I was in tears several times.
I loved the premise, even as depressing and sad as it was. Brilliant story. Gayle Forman's take on what happens when one is in a coma was just astounding. This was written really well. It alternated scenes, from current to flash backs. I get kind of wary of these, since most of the times, I don't like the flash back scenes when they break up the flow. Everything was related, everything flowed and I found myself lost in the moment.
This may have been one of the most emotional books I have read, but also one of the best. This is definitely worth reading and definitely worth bumping up your tbr list. Amazing. Truly.
