I grew up reading books like The Babysitter Club and The Boxcar Kids. Now I read Romance, Young Adult, New Adult, Paranormal, Urban Fantasy, Dystopian and any mixture of these all depending on what my mood is. I love Stephen King, Michael Connolly, JRR Tolkien, CS Lewis, Jane Austen, JK Rowling, Ilona Andrews, Patricia Briggs and many others.
Keep Me Still
Tried to get into this but couldn't. Hated the heroine for being spineless and the hero for being a walking erection. There usually is a mix between story and sex in new adult. This was all sex and some of which felt too much. The characters felt flat, as all they concerned themselves with, for the most part, was sexual thoughts.I found it boring, stupid and ridiculous. Wasn't worth the money, even at a discounted rate.
